"After the fire, as we sat in shock not knowing how to even begin repairs, we were recommended ProBuilders. What an outstanding construction company! Within twelve hours of the fire, Jim was at our home taking photos and making the claim for us. Repairs started promptly under Patrick O’Neill who daily guided the progress. Each day the crew cleaned the premises and never left without giving us a progress report. The finished job was OUTSTANDING! "

We restore the past and build the future.

What to expect:

  1. One of our estimators will call to schedule an inspection to assess the damages and take detailed notes and photographs.

  2. An estimate for repairs will be submitted to your insurance adjuster for approval.

  3. Once the estimate is approved, we will submit a contract to you to be signed.

  4. After receipt of signed contract, we can then schedule repairs.

  5. Depending on the severity of your claim, if your contents need to be moved out prior to beginning repairs, we will make arrangements at this time.

  6. Our superintendent will assist with material choices and color selections, guide you to stay within budget, and assure your property is restored to its pre-loss condition.

  7. Upon completion, you will be given a Certificate of Satisfaction to be signed and submitted to your insurance company.

Our mission from the very beginning was assisting homeowners in restoring their home back to pre-loss condition after an unexpected disaster.  We take pride being a contractor listed on Preferred Contractor Programs for most insurance companies for many years, and are committed to customer satisfaction.

I have damage to my property. What happens after I file a claim? . . .

Your adjuster will ask if you are interested in going through their repair program and if so, one of our estimators will contact you to schedule an appointment to inspect the damages. We will take detailed notes, photographs, and prepare an estimate that we will submit to your insurance company for approval.

I received my insurance check, but it’s not enough to pay for the damages after my deductible is met. . . .

We will submit a supplemental estimate to your insurance adjuster for approval.

How do I know the value of my flooring? . . .

We will take a sample of your flooring and submit it to ITEL where a report is prepared that will determine the value of your flooring that will be paid by your insurance company.

Can I upgrade carpet, countertops, and/or cabinets? . . .

Yes. We will prepare a change order based on the upgrade materials you select which will state your out-of-pocket costs.

What's the average renovation cost? . . .

There are too many variables to say what is an average renovation cost. Some projects are simple cosmetic updates and some projects may require structural, mechanicals, total renovation, termite damage, etc. Also, the cost of a renovation depends on the scope and type of work being performed.
